Principal's message

Welcome to Bobcat Nation, home of Boron Jr./Sr. High School. We are a small public school in Kern County that serves the communities of Boron, Four Corners, Desert Lake, North Edwards, and Arial Acres. We are a cummulative 7th-12th grade school and have approximately 240 students. Although we are small, we have tremendous "Bobcat Pride". Boron strives to encourage and empower our students and sets high expectations so that students reach their potential and are ready for their college, career, and civic lives. We are an AVID school, have multiple dual enrollment opportunities, and offer CTE courses such as Construction Tech, Air, Frame, and Power, and after school welding. We have many competitive sports teams, and are known for our astounding football and softball programs. Last softball season, our softball team brought home the Central Section Division 5 CIF Championship. We welcome you to our wonderful, small school and hope you love it here as much as we do.
